Univariety Career Guidance Session

The Univariety Career Guidance Centre conducted an orientation and profile creation / updation activity for Grades 9 – 12 at Dr. Pillai Global Academy, New Panvel on 22nd September.

The day started with the orientation for grades 11 and 12. The Facilitator Ms. Stuti Verma started the presentation by asking students about their experience with Univariety and updated them with the latest services introduced in the portal.

After the orientation, the students proceeded to the computer lab as they updated their profiles to increase their profile completeness percentage. The facilitator also showed a live demo of the Univariety portal where she explained the concept of 26 research tools and demonstrated the live chat option.

This was followed by orientation for Grades 8, 9 and 10. As these grades were new to Univariety, the facilitator explained in detail about Univariety, importance of starting a career guidance program as early as in grade 8 and the plan of action for them till grade 12. The Grade 9 students created their profiles and filled in details of their subject selections and their future aspirations.
