Early Years Lower and Middle celebrated Red Colour Week from 30th June, 2014 to 4th July 2014. Throughout the week we learnt about the colour red through various activities and fun filled games. The week started by introducing the colour red with the help of red tinged water and PPTs of various red coloured objects. They were also shown real objects in red colour like apples, tomatoes, pomegranates, toys and so on. During the week they also learnt poems on the colour red and did different class activities. Early Years Lower did paper tearing of red crepe paper and then pasted the same on apple cut-outs. Early Years Middle made models of watermelons with paper plates by doing red colour dabbing. The week ended with a Treasure Hunt where the kids were supposed to hunt for red coloured objects.
