Dr. Pillai Global Academy, New Panvel added another feather in its cap as Ms. Mrunal Tamhankar, a student of IGCSE achieved the Cambridge Outstanding Learner Award for the year 2016-17. This award is being conferred on her for having secured Top in World position in International Mathematics.
“This was possible only due to the support from my teachers especially Gyan sir, my school and my family” says Mrunal.
This is not the first time that such wonderful results have been achieved by Dr. Pillai Global Academy, New Panvel.
Aishwarya Sridhar, a student from the Commerce stream was declared National Topper in two subjects: Business Studies and Accounting in the June 2014 Cambridge examinations. She was also declared the World Topper in Business Studies in her AS Level (11th Grade) Examination.
Aishwarya Thakur was declared as National Topper in AS level Arts and Design in the November 2013 Cambridge examinations.
Aditya Rajagopal from the science stream secured first place in India for the Best Across Three Cambridge International A Levels category in the November 2013 Cambridge examinations and was also declared National Topper in Physics and Chemistry in the A Level Examinations. He received Commendation in Further Mathematics for exceptional achievement.
The excellent IB results for May session 2017 of DPGA made the staff and parents proud.
Three students, Jessie, Meraj Farid and Mithila Patankar scored a total of 34 points.
Jessie secured an ‘A’ grade in the English Extended essay, a perfect score of 3 in the core subjects (Extended essay and Theory of knowledge), Grade 6 in Business Management and Mathematical Studies.
Meraj Farid scored Grade 6 in Psychology and Hindi.
Mithila Patankar scored Grade 6 in Biology, Chemistry and Economics.
Ameya Deshpande scored Grade 6 in Hindi and Economics.
Twinkle scored Grade 6 in Business and Management.

Dr. Pillai Global Academy, New Panvel proudly announces the 100% passing results in the IGCSE examinations (March series) for the academic year 2016-17.
Foram Doshi is the class topper with a remarkable score of an A* in all her seven subjects. She is followed by Mrunal Tamhankar who has scored an A* in six subjects. Khushi Rana and Akanksha Deshpande have also achieved commendable success with an A* in five subjects.
All the students from grade 10 have passed with flying colours and brought laurels and honour for the school through their achievement.

Our IB student Neeraj Nair brought laurels to the school by recording a remarkable performance in the International Baccalaureate May 2016 exams. He secured a total of 33 points which includes a perfect score of 7 in Hindi and 6 in Economics.

The IB students brought happiness to the school by achieving the finest scores.
Ria Munot stood the highest with a total of 36 points. She scored a perfect grade 7 in Hindi, grade 6 in Business and Management, Economics and Environmental systems and Societies.
The second position was secured by Swathi Nair who scored a total of 31 grade points which includes a grade 6 in Hindi, Business and Management and Mathematical Studies. The other perfect grade 7 scorer was Rhea Gill who accomplished this in Visual Arts.
The grades in Internal Assessments have been impressive with students scoring 6 and 7 in most of the subjects.
Dr. Pillai Global Academy is delighted to announce 100% passing results in the IGCSE examinations (March series) for the academic year 2014-15.
All of the 15 students from Grade 10 appeared for the IGCSE examinations and they have all achieved good results.
Jahnavi Aggarwal has been the highest scorer from the Science stream scoring an A* in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. She is followed by Meraj Zariwala who has scored an A* in 3 subjects, i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Abhinav Sehlangiya has bagged the third position by scoring an A* in Biology and A in all the other subjects.
Neha Gairola, from Commerce stream, has bagged the first position by scoring an A in Business Studies.
It was a proud moment for the DPGA (New Panvel) family and a new feather in its cap as the result of the Cambridge Checkpoint Examination was declared. All the students exhibited a remarkable performance and passed the exam with flying colours.
There was a tie for the First position that was bagged by Tanish Shelar and Foram Doshi. Both of them were awarded a perfect score of 6 points in Mathematics and Science and a score of 5.9 points in English. They were followed by Aman Patekar in the Second position who scored 5.9 points in English, 5.8 points in Mathematics and 5.4 points in Science.
The entire family at Dr. Pillai Global Academy appreciates the efforts and the hard work of all its teachers and congratulates the students for achieving such good results.
Raigad District Swimming Competition was held at Karnala Sports Academy on 1st February, 2015. There were 174 Participants.
Cambridge A Level students (2012-2014 batch) from Dr. Pillai Global Academy, New Panvel, registered outstanding success in their 12th Grade board examinations conducted by Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).

The students of International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme of DPGA New Panvel, Akash Jishnu and Shubhankar Patankar, made the school proud by securing good grade points in all the subjects they had appeared. Shubhankar Patankar secured a perfect 7 grade point in Physics, French and Economics, and a grade point of 6 in Chemistry.
The students of IBDP-2 achieved success in their Boards conducted in May 2013. Shraddha Bhojane topped the class. The students of Dr. Pillai Global Academy registered commendable success in the IGCSE and A Level results published by Cambridge International Examinations on 13th August.
The results of CIE courses announced on the 13th August brought glad tidings of success and grades reflecting brilliant achievement to many diligent learners of Dr. Pillai Global Academy. 50% of all the grades earned were an A* or an A in the IGCSE batch of 2010-2012. From the IGCSE batch, Aishwarya Sridhar scored A*s for all the subjects she had appeared.
